- support and assistance in the development of creative initiative, active involvement of specialists in the development of fundamental, applied, interdisciplinary issues of cardiovascular diseases;
- assistance in improving the professionalism of specialists, support and stimulation of the growth of young scientists and doctors engaged in research, clinical and practical activities in the field of interventional cardiology and endovascular surgery;
- assistance in expanding cooperation with international and Kazakhstani organizations and scientific societies, the implementation of professional ties between specialists;
